How many shifts will I get a week?
Get Open Runs do not generate, allocate or find you shifts. The number of shifts that are caught will depend on your availability, location, the allocation of available shifts by online food order and delivery services. The number of shifts that are caught will vary on a daily and weekly basis.
Why do I need to supply my JE account details?
Open runs are only available inside the courier app. We need to connect your JE account details to our software to connect to the courier app to allow Get Open Runs to catch you shifts on automation. Your login details are fully encrypted.
I am using another shift catcher?
Using more than one shift catcher or scroller app may restrict your chances of catching shifts overall. We recommend trailing Get Open Runs and not using any other shift catcher or bot to get the best result.
Will I get suspended or banned for using your services?
Get Open Runs is NOT affiliated with any online food order and delivery service and we stress that using third-party apps to grab open runs in the courier app may be a breach of your courier agreement. We can not confirm or accept liability that you will be suspended or banned for using our software.
My account has been deleted?
If your subscription payment fails, your Get Open Runs account and your billing subscription will automatically be terminated. You are invited to re-join and use our services at any time.
I would like to close my account?
You can delete your account and cancel your billing subscription within your Get Open Runs account.
